SYSTEMIC AND NON-SYSTEMIC LASER THERAPY explained...
SYSTEMIC means: The laser light will be absorbed by your body and taken-up by the blood. The light irradiates the blood and works on the 'whole system'. Our systemic red-lasers are between 700 and 904 nm and penetrate the skin through this so called "Laser Optic Window".
NON-SYSTEMIC means: The treatment is local. Sometimes, non-systemic lasers are called "pain lasers". The laser light is either concentrated onto a point (like a pain point) or onto an area which will then be 'scanned' with the laser light. The light is also absorbed by the skin and goes deep enough to have the beneficial effects on joints, muscles, bones.
Our MD100 is used for sports injuries, arthritis, abdominal pains (Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome {IBS}, IBS-related symptoms)
Please note, that for IBS and IBD a combination of systemic and non-systemic is often more beneficial.

The First Medical Laser Clinic London is run by Dirk Budka Ltd. The staff, including supervisors and advisors are qualified laser therapists and hold the necessary certificates, incl Health & Safety certs.

We have a new consultation room at the Integrated Medical Centre, 121 Crawford Street, W1U 6BE (near Baker Street) , 020 7224 5111. Our laboratory is set up temporarily in South London.
We are setting up new clinics with laser treatment rooms, additional therapyrooms, laser distribution centre, special laboratories, research units and health product distribution centre at two locations:
A) ANGEL
B) PRIMROSE HILL
We will move with Dirk Budka Ltd, AIM Collaborations Ltd, MSML-Laboratories into our new premises by end of March 2010.
